Introduction/مقدمة
الأسبوع الوطني للخدمة الشبابية-الإيام العالمية للخدمة الشبابية في لبنان ٦-١٤ نيسان ٢٠١٩ هذه الاستمارة تخصّ فقط المشاريع التي انطلقت، أو نُفّذت، أو تمّ اختتامها في لبنان ما بين ٦ و١٤ نيسان (مع امتداد لقضاء عطلة الربيع إلى ٢٧ نيسان). الرّجاء ملأها في مدّةٍ أقصاها ٢٧ نيسان.يمكن لأي شكل مقدم لاحقا (حتى ٢ أيار) الحصول على شهادة، ولكن قد لا يكون جاهزا في اليوم الثامن والعشرين، ولن يكون المشروع مؤهلا للحصول على اعتراف خاص. يمكن ملأها باللغة العربيّة أو الإنجليزيّة. في استمارة ما قبل المشروع قمتم بوصف ما تخطّطون للقيام به. في الاستمارة الحاليّة تقومون بوصف ما قمتم به بالفعل- ما يمكن أن يختلف بعض الشّيئ من حيث المشاركين، التاريخ، مدّة النّشاط والنتائج المنجزة. National Youth Service Week/ Global Youth Service Days Lebanon - April 6-14, 2019 with possible extension to April 27. This form is only for youth service projects which were launched, took place, or ended in Lebanon between April 6 and April 27 (with a few approved exceptions). Please complete this online form by April 27. NOTE: Any form submitted later (up to May 2) can still get a certificate, but it may not be ready for the final recognition event on May 4, and the project would not be eligible for special recognition. It can be completed in Arabic or English. In the Pre-Project Form you wrote what you planned to do. In this Post-Project you explain what you actually did – which may be very different in terms of who participated, when you did it, how long it took, and what you achieved.

نتطلّع لتنظيم حفل اختتامي تقديري تفاعليّ ومميّز يجمع الشباب المشاركين في مشاريع الخدمة، والبالغين الذين أرشدوهم، ومنظّمي الأسبوع الوطنيّ للخدمة الشّبابيّة، وذلك يوم السّبت الواقع فيه ٤ أيار، بين الثالثة ونصف والسادسة من بعد الظهر في AUST بأشرفية، قبل مستشفى اوتيل ديو . المساحة المتاحة لتنظيم الحفل تقتصر، لذا ينبغي الاهتمام بالناحية التنظيميّة للحفل. كم من الناس من مجموعتك هل تعتقد أن حضور هذا الحدث في ٤ أيار؟ We look forward to a very special and interactive Final Recognition event on Saturday ِMay 4, 3:30-6pm at AUST in Achrafieh near Hotel Dieu for the youth participants in the service projects, their adult leaders, and the organizers of National Youth Service Week.
