Pre-Project Form 2019/الإستمارة ما‭-‬قبل‭ ‬تنفيذ‭ ‬المشروع
هذه الإستمارة ما‭-‬قبل‭ ‬تنفيذ‭ ‬المشروع تساعد اللجنة على التنسيق وتأمين التغطية الإعلامية لمشاريع وأنشطة الأسبوع الوطني للخدمة الشبابية، وتحضير شهادات المشاركة. في حال قيام أي مجموعة بأكثر من مشروع، الرجاء ملئ استمارة منفصلة وذلك ليتسنى لللجنة أن تكرم كل مشروع على حدة وأن تحضر شهادات تقدير منفصلة. إذا كنت من مجموعة Access أو UNESCO ، يرجى عدم استخدام هذا النموذج. ٢٥ ادار: الموعد النهائي لإكمال هذه الإستمارة. كلما كان تسليم استمارة مبكرا، كلما اتيح المجال لتنظيم زيارة من قبل ممثل اللجنة التنسيقية للاسبوع الوطني للخدمة الشبابية، تكريما للمشروع، ويتيح ذلك ايضا وضع المشروع على الخريطة العالمية للايام العالمية للخدمة الشبابية وكذلك على خريطة الاسبوع الوطني للخدمة الشبابية. This Pre-Project Form will help the NYSW Coordinating Committee provide full media coverage for all NYSW activities and prepare certificates of participation for each project. If a group has more than one project, it should fill one form for each project, so that the Committee can recognize all of them and can prepare a certificate for each project. If you are an Access or UNESCO group, please do NOT use this form. The FINAL DEADLINE to submit this form is MARCH 25. The sooner a group submits the online Pre-Project Form, the more likely the project will be honored with a visit from an official representative of the NYSW Coordinating Committee, and be on the GYSD and NYSW websites.

From what hour to what hour for each day listed? Example: From 10 am until 1 pm on April 8 (or if more than one day, From 10 am-1 pm on April 8 and from 9 am-2 pm on April 9)
